selecting fresh and perfumed pomaces from the best
grape cultivars grown in Oltrepò Pavese: Bonarda,
Pinot, Moscato, Riesling and Barbera.
spirit distilled is then kept in small oak and ash
barrels where it matures and captures aroma, colour
and flavour. That's how our grappa, bottled at 40°,
turns out to be a perfect harmony that the connoisseurs
get the best out of life, drink our Grappa Dapiaggi
and Grappa Dapiaggi Riserva.
